James grew up surrounded by entrepreneurs and as a result of his involvement in the family business, customer service became second nature. James successfully completed a Business Administration Co-op Advanced Diploma at Humber College and in honour of his late father’s dream, he pursued his real estate license.

James is passionate about understanding the nuances of residential real estate and determined to guide and provide the best services to all his clients. From renting your first condo to selling your home of 10 years or starting a real estate portfolio, James will represent his clients with professionalism and ensure their best interests are always met.
